Carole Gilfedder

Carole Gilfedder attended the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. At FIT, she studied both the creative arts, receiving her AAS Degree, and the business sciences, receiving her BS Degree in Marketing. After graduating from FIT with honors, she accepted an internship with an international media, trade and advertising firm in their barter division in London, England.

Upon her return from England, Carole began her career in publishing. She has worked on both the consumer and trade sides of magazine publishing; primarily in advertising and marketing at various titles.

Her most recent position as Promotion and Production Director gave her experience and skills perfectly suited for the event planning business. In these roles some of her responsibilities included: developing and overseeing promotion budgets, facilitating events, managing event planners and staff, and planning and executing corporate events & promotions on all levels (small and intimate to large and upscale).

In addition to her career, Carole has been planning private parties, from intimate dinners for friends and family to elaborate themed corporate affairs for years.

Cyndee Peluso

Cyndee has a unique gift, the organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service skills necessary for identifying the needs of her clients and working with different vendors to complete the project on time and within budget. Cyndee has been planning Social Events for her friends and family for years, such as intimate dinner parties, tree-trimming parties, July 4th barbecues, adult and children’s birthday parties. Cyndee has also been planning small events in the Corporate Marketplace as well, from departmental parties and lunches to client presentations and events.

Cyndee started in the Financial Service industry in 1986 right out of high school. As a result of her organization skills, ability to learn new skills quickly and her natural leadership abilities she was promoted and transferred to new and more challenging positions within the industry. Her current position is within the retirement services industry working as a project manager for the automation of retirement plans on voice and web. The skills that it takes to implement a technology project are very similar to those required to create special events.
